The app is provided for internal business use only. Access is limited to approved users who have been added by an administrator. You may use the app only for legitimate company operations.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity performed under their account. Administrators may grant, modify, or revoke access at any time.

Unauthorized access, credential sharing, misuse of permissions, or attempts to bypass role restrictions are prohibited.

Users must enter accurate information when creating or updating properties, work orders, assignments, and contact details. The company may rely on this data for operational and reporting purposes.

By using the app, users acknowledge that work-related notifications may be sent by email, SMS, or other supported channels based on team settings and assignment activity.

SMS notifications are sent by Gunner Property Management through GunnerPM for internal work-order assignments, schedule updates, reminders, job status changes, and operational alerts. Message frequency varies based on assignment activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Text STOP to opt out of SMS notifications. Text HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of SMS may limit the ability to receive work-order notifications by text, but operational access to GunnerPM remains governed by company policy.

You may not use the app to store unlawful content, confidential personal data unrelated to operations, malware, or misleading work records. You may not interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the system.

The app is provided on an internal-use basis and may be updated, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features, permissions, and workflows may change without notice as business needs evolve.

The system is intended as an operational tool. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the system, service interruptions, or data entry errors.
